1 litre full cream milk
1 cup thin seviyan (vermicelli)
10–12 almonds sliced
10–12 cashews chopped
1 tbsp pistachios
1 tbsp raisins
8–10 chopped dates
4 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp ghee
3–4 cardamoms crushed)
Few saffron strands

Heat ghee in a pan and roast almonds, cashews, pistachios, and raisins for 1–2 minutes.
In the same pan, roast the seviyan on low flame until golden brown.
Boil milk in a deep pan and simmer for 8–10 minutes until slightly thick and creamy.
Add roasted seviyan and chopped dates into the milk. Cook for 5–7 minutes.
Add sugar, cardamom, saffron, and roasted dry fruits. Mix well and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
Serve hot or chilled and garnish with extra almonds and pistachios.
