Valency Agro is a food ingredient company that is striving to build a healthier nation. Since the acquisition by Valency in 2018 Valency Agro had shown tremendous growth and capability in supplying key healthy products such as cashew kernels, soyabean, chickpeas, etc, and has the plan to indulge in supplying key agricultural products such as crop protection, seed, and fertilizer and making contributions in improving agricultural productivity and safe food supply.

BASBA NAND BALODI is a Senior Executive Director who formerly worked as a Senior Trader for the Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) business at Swiss Singapore Overseas Enterprises Pte Ltd in Singapore. He has previously handled various items such as beans and pulses, and Timber has been in charge of the company's legal affairs. After years of expertise, he grew RCN's trading line from a minimal size to almost 90,000 MT in just over seven years. With his work effort and determination, he was able to effectively resolve several big legal disputes, which may have had a serious influence on SSOE's performance.
