Creamy and Frothy Cashew Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup hot brewed coffee
8–10 raw cashews (soaked in hot water for 15–20 mins)
1 tsp instant coffee powder (optional, for stronger flavor)
1–2 tsp maple syrup, jaggery syrup, or honey (optional sweetener)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
1/2 cup hot water or plant-based milk (for extra creaminess)
A pinch of cinnamon or cocoa powder (optional topping)
Instructions:
Soak the cashews in hot water for 15–20 minutes to soften.
Add soaked cashews to a blender along with:
Brewed coffee.
Sweetener (if using).
Sweetener (if using).
Vanilla extract (optional).
Hot water or plant-based milk
Blend on high for 1–2 minutes until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a cup and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon or cocoa, if desired.
