Healthy and tasty Dry Fruit Ladoo perfect for Diwali gifting and celebrations!

1 cup Gretel almonds
1 cup Gretel cashews
½ cup Gretel pistachios
½ cup dates (seedless)
2 tbsp ghee
¼ tsp cardamom powder

Chop all the dry fruits roughly.
In a pan, heat ghee and roast the almonds, cashews, and pistachios for 2–3 minutes.
Add chopped dates and mix well until they become soft and sticky.
Turn off the heat, add cardamom powder, and mix.
Let it cool slightly, then shape small round ladoos using your hands.
Store in an airtight container.

Rich and delicious Dry Fruit Barfi, perfect for Diwali gifting!

1 cup Gretel cashews
1 cup Gretel almonds
½ cup desiccated coconut
¾ cup sugar
½ cup water
1 tbsp ghee
¼ tsp cardamom powder

Grind the dry fruits into a fine powder (don't make it too oily).
In a pan, boil sugar and water to make a one-string syrup.
Add the powdered dry fruits, coconut, and ghee.
Stir well on low flame until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Spread the mixture on a greased plate, level it, and let it cool.
Cut into square or diamond shapes.

½ cup Gretel almonds (soaked & peeled)
½ cup Gretel cashews
½ cup Gretel raisins
2 tbsp ghee
½ cup milk
¼ cup sugar
¼ tsp cardamom powder

Blend soaked almonds and cashews into a smooth paste.
In a pan, heat ghee and roast the paste on low flame for 5–7 minutes.
Add milk and cook until it thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
Add sugar and cardamom powder, stirring continuously.
Mix in the raisins and cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
