- 1 cup wheat flour (atta)
- ½ cup grated jaggery (gud)
- 2 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
- ½ cup water
- 2 tbsp almonds (chopped)
- 2 tbsp cashews (chopped)
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp grated coconut (optional)
- ½ tsp cardamom powder

- Step 1:- Heat water, add jaggery, and dissolve completely. Strain and keep aside.
- Step 2:- In a pan, heat ghee and roast wheat flour until golden brown.
- Step 3:- Add chopped dry fruits and roast for another minute.
- Step 4:- Slowly pour the warm jaggery syrup into the roasted flour, stirring continuously.
- Step 5:- Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
