12 lemons or 2 tablespoons of vinegar
Water For Sugar Syrup: 1 Liter

1 liter of milk is needed to make saffron milk.

Directions:
Using lemon or vinegar to curdle the milk is the first step in making chenna.
Boil the milk, add the dry fruits, and the cardamom powder to make the saffron milk for the ras malai.
Knead the chenna dough to make chenna balls.
Boil the water, then adds sugar to make the sugar syrup.
Add the chenna balls to the sugar syrup that is currently boiling.
Dip the balls in the saffron milk after pressing out the excess syrup from them.
Serve it cool with crispy and delicious dry fruits.
